Christmas at Camp Halfblood

It was Christmas Eve and Annabeth was worried. Percy was missing and so was Leo. They had disapeared an hour ago and Annabeth had no idea where. Meanwhile at bunker 9 Percy and Leo were searching for Leo's Taco Claus costume. "I could have sworn I put it in the engine room of the Argo II" said Leo. "It's okay, Leo" Percy soothed " Maybe we should split up?" Leo's face brightened " Well I don't know, Percy. you might get lost, but It's worth a try!" Percy went to the left and Leo went to the right. Percy saw many strange machines that seemed devoted to spewing out many different combat fatigues and Leo found some stuff that he had been looking for such as his portable forge and his largest drill bit. They met up at a spot that seemed to be covered with squished tacos. The spot was right outside a dark shadowy hole from which they heard shuffling noises. Percy tried to reach into his pocket but then he remembered his sweatpants did not have pockets. Leo reached into his tool belt but all he came up with was a box of breath mints. They shrugged at each other and ran in and came to an amazed standstill, A certain enormous three headed Rottweiler named Cerberus was licking Leo`s Taco Claus costume. "Who helped make your costume?" asked Percy. "Piper and Annabeth" Leo replied. "That explains it, Cerberus loves Annabeth just because Annabeth brought him a rubber ball when we were twelve, he probably smelt her on the fabric." Percy explained. "two can play that game. " Leo said and traded his breath mints for a rubber ball and tossed it to Cerberus. Cerberus went after it and then Percy ran in and grabbed the costume. Then Percy and Leo ran into the forest and Leo put on his costume and then they grabbed the tacos and ran back to the Big House where Annabeth yelled at Percy for frightening her and then stayed in his arms the entire evening and Leo handed out the tacos. Chiron opened the present Percy got for him (it turned out to be a saddle) and Tyson opened the jar of peanut butter that Annabeth got him and everyone had a wonderful Christmas. The End
